Reasoning Model

The reasoning model in Chorus coordinates how monitoring data is interpreted and translated into meaningful clinical actions.

Incoming physiological signals are evaluated through a structured decision pipeline that includes:

  • Signal normalization and validation
  • Pattern analysis using machine learning models
  • Risk classification based on signal trends and thresholds
  • Workflow activation when predefined conditions are met
  • Clinician reviews when intervention is required

Rather than treating each measurement independently, the reasoning model analyzes longitudinal patterns and relationships between signals. This approach enables the platform to identify early indicators of potential clinical deterioration.

The reasoning model is designed to support clinicians by surfacing relevant information while preserving clinician oversight in all care decisions.
